Summary:The invention concerns a hydraulic rotary actuator (1) comprising a body with a cylindrical cavity (14) with an axis Xc, a piston (30), adapted to separate said cavity (14) into two chambers (20, 21) that can be supplied with a pressurised hydraulic fluid, in which a through seat (35) is obtained, and a shaft (40), housed in the seat (35) of the piston (30) and rotatably mounted in the body (10) around an axis of rotation Xa; said shaft carries at the end at least one connection flange (46), in which a section (41) of the shaft (40) has on the outer surface a first thread (42) adapted to engage a corresponding second thread (36) obtained on the surface of the seat (35) of the piston (30) and in which the axis of rotation Xa of the shaft is arranged eccentric with an eccentricity Ec with respect to the axis Xc of the cylindrical cavity (14).
