Summary: | When a tyre (22) is vulcanised between upper and lower moulds (2, 3), the tyre is taken out from a brader (25) by means of a tyre removing arm (16). After the tyre removing arm is horizontally advanced through guide bars (5) by a cylinder (4) in correspond with the bottom side of the tyre, it is vertically lifted through two linkage mechanisms (13) by a lift cylinder (12) to remove the tyre from the brader. Then, the tyre is transferred at the horizontal attitude onto a transfer conveyor (23) by means of the tyre removing arm. Then, the tyre is always held between the removing arm and a press arm (22). The tyre may be automatically removed from the brader and transferred to the following processes without positional slips and other problems. |
