Summary:A vascular measuring system includes an elongated sleeve configured to be delivered over a standard guide wire configured to be threaded into a vascular pathway of the human and includes sensor(s) coupled to the sleeve. The sensor(s) measure physiological parameter(s) of the human. Alternatively the sensor(s) may be located at the end a guide wire without a sleeve. The system may include a connector coupled to the sleeve or guide wire and receives the measured parameter(s) from the sensor(s) and display the result of processed parameter(s).
