| Summary: | The subject of the invention is a structural arrangement and a method for the construction of a fire-resistant brim and an insulating frame around a facade opening (1). Thanks to its special design, the installation frame provides fire protection around the facade opening along with thermal insulation around it. Thanks to the top arched eyebrow design, flames escaping from the front doors and windows are deflected by the curve in the design. The installation frame is a profile extruded Al fire-resistant grade rock wool insulation, manufactured to custom-fit the size of the opening and the thickness of the masonry and facade insulation. The product thus manufactured and installed ensures fire protection and excellent thermal insulation around the opening. |
