Summary: | The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a curd dessert, during which a curd body (10) is produced by extrusion and cutting, and said curd body is coated with a coating material. The method is characterised by carrying out said extruding in a vertically downward direction and carrying out said cutting at an essentially right angle to the direction of the extrusion, dropping the curd body (10) separated by the cutting step onto a conveyor and transporting the curd body (10) by means of the conveyor for coating. The invention further relates to a curd dessert comprising a core (11) of flavouring, said core (11) of flavouring being enclosed by the curd body (10) from all directions, thus separating the core (11) from the coating (13). |
