Summary: | An electrically conductive composition containing the constituents: (A1a) 30 to 50 wt% of electrically conductive particles having an average particle size ranging from 1 to 25 μm and an aspect ratio ranging from 5 to 30 : 1 and (A1b) 20 to 60 wt% of non-metallic particles having an average particle size ranging from 1 to 25 μm and an aspect ratio ranging from 1 to 3 : 1, or (A2a) 70 to 90 wt% of electrically conductive particles and (A2b) 0 to 15 wt% of non-metallic particles, (B) 5 to 25 wt% of particles different from (A1a) and (A2a) and made of an alloy that melts at temperatures ranging from 50 to 180°C and contains indium and/or tin, (C) 5 to 25 wt% of a curable resin system, and (D) 0 to 10 wt% of at least one additive, the electrically conductive composition being devoid of substances with one or more cyanate groups. |
