Summary:Compounds of Formula I, its stereoisomers, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, complexes, hydrates, solvates, tautomers, polymorphs, racemic mixtures, optically active forms and pharmaceutically active derivative thereof and pharmaceutical compositions containing them as the active ingredient which can be used as medicaments are provided.
