Summary:The present invention encompasses antagonist anti-CD40 antibodies and antigen-binding portions thereof. Specifically, the invention relates to humanized anti-CD40 antibodies. In certain embodiments, antibodies of the invention neutralize human CD40 (hCD40) activity.
