Summary:The present application discloses 6-(2-chloro-4-iodophenylamino)-N-(2-hydroylethoxyl) -5-methyl-4-oxo-4,5-dihydrofurano[3,2-c]pyridinyl-7-methanamide, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, binder, surface stabilizer and dispersant thereof, wherein the dispersion of the pharmaceutical composition in water is liquid drug suspension having a median particle diameter (X50) of 0.5-4.0 µm. Also disclosed are a preparation method thereof and the use thereof in treating cancers.
