Summary: | The present invention provides a composition for treating skin damage, comprising Halobacteria extracts and Dunaliella extracts. The aforementioned extracts further comprising strong antioxidants with high redox potential when dissolved in oil and in water. The strong antioxidants inhibiting in a known oxidative mechanisms which are further correlated with skin damage, wherein the Halobacteria extract is Archaebacteria DN-1 having a wide range impact on rehabilitation of the skin tissue after radiation, and wherein said Halobacteria extracts and Dunaliella extracts combination promotes rehabilitation of the skin tissue after radiation, and provides a synergistic effect on a mammalian skin. Furthermore, the composition is preferably adapted for topical delivery. |
