Summary:A method includes exotermic reaction mixture preparation, production from inert gas melt in atmosphere in burning regimen at the 3-5 MPa pressure with reaction mixture powder consisting of product containing 60-80 mass% manganese oxide, which is a waste from manganese concentrates production called as enriched dirt with dispersion up to 200 mcm under termal treatment with air at 700 -750°K within 30 minutes; and aluminium- manganese alloy is used as metal deoxidizer.
