Summary:There is represented a construction comprising breakwater componentry 1 allocated at least in one raw, fastened onto a basin bottom with fixing systems 5, and T-shaped in its cut. A step 4 is executed in a place of componentry cap 2 and leg 3 connection. The breakwater componentry is: partly dipped in the water with cap down, and fastened immobile or movable on the basin bottom; the case thereof is made of ductile material and its cavity is: filled with material lighter than water, and reinforced with metal frame. Fixing systems are resilient members 5 or ferroconcrete poling 9. The breakwater componentry may be fixed onto the anchors 6 allocated on the bottom by elastic cables or may be bounded movable vertically or rigidly by poling 9 fouled in the bottom.
