At least one window 5 is made on each shield hingedly 8 connected with a floating element such as to be capable of inclining towards incoming wave, while a free end thereof is tied with the floating element by a cable 9 and a damping means 10. The floating element may also be equipped with means 11 limiting the shield inclination opposite to incoming wave.
