Summary:A construction comprises floating elements 1 tied by elastic connection means, on surfaces 2 and a bottoms 3 of which a system of shields 4 having various heights are disposed spaced apart. At least one window 5 is made on each shield hingedly 8 connected with a floating element such as to be capable of inclining towards incoming wave, while a free end thereof is tied with the floating element by a cable 9 and a damping means 10. The floating element may also be equipped with means 11 limiting the shield inclination opposite to incoming wave.
