Summary: | Increase in quality and yield of the final product. 2.Essence A process comprises interaction of aqueous solution of dibutylamine and sodium hydrochloride with carbon disulfide and methylene chloride in the terms of their subsequent addition, temperature treatment of the reaction mass, separation of phases, washing the organic phase with water and vacuum distillation. When adding carbon the temperature is maintained lower than 15°C, the temperature treatment of the reaction mass is conducted at a temperature from 75°C to 80°C, separation of phases - at a temperature from 35°C to 50°C. The vacuum distillation of the reaction mass is conducted in two stages: at a temperature from 45°C to 100°C and under the pressure from 5 to 50 kpA. The first stage of distillation is conducted after the temperature treatment of the reaction mass, and the second one - after separation of the phases. Washing of the organic phase is conducted after the second stage of the vacuum distillation. 3. Field of Application Organic chemistry. 1 ind. 1 dep. cl. |
