Summary: | This invention refers to inorganic chemistry, in particular to the production of hydrides and chalcogenides. Technical result of the invention is to unite the separate processes of the production of hydrides and chalcogenides into one common technological process, to simplify the technology, to reduce con¬siderably power consumption and manu¬fac¬turing cost, to preserve high quality and yield of product. During the process of the production of hydride and chalcogenide which provides for the local inflammation of the powders of chalcogenide and hydrideforming elements, prior to inflam¬mation the decomposition of hydrogen sulfide into the participating in the synthesis sulphur and hydrogen is conducted which occurs during thermal impulse and exothermic reaction on account of the released heat. |
