Summary:Invention refers to metallurgy, namely to metal-thermal reception of alloys, in particular ferroaluminium in a regime of burning at affecting centrifugal force. Technical result of the invention is decrease of the contents of impurity in an alloy, raise of its yield and deprecication of raw material. For this purpose as a ferriferous component are used enriched iron ore with the contents of oxides of iron 65-85 mass %. Before mixing with aluminium it is comminuted up to 100-1000 microns. Its quantity in a mix with aluminium makes 52-63 mass %. From the mix are formed cylindrical tablets in diameter of 0,8-0,9 from reactionary volume diameter. The initiation of reaction of burning is spent and burning is spent under affecting of centrifugal affecting with an overloading 220-500 g. The method allows to gain ferroaluminium with the contents of aluminium up to 58 mass %. Extraction of metal increases on 8-10 % and cost of used raw material decreases twice. 1 tab.
