Summary:A dual-purpose physiotherapy instrument includes a base 1, electromagnetic drives (6, Fig.6), a plate body 3 and a movable board 4. The plate body 3 is mounted on the upper end of the base 1 which forms a cavity structure between the plate body and base for accommodating the electromagnetic drives. Stoppers 31 are provided on a surface of the plate body away from the base which match limit holes (45, Fig.4) provided on a first surface of the movable board 4 to allow mounting of the movable board to the plate body in a detachable manner. The movable board also comprises a second surface opposite the first surface. A middle part of the second surface may include a protruding portion 41. When the first surface of the movable board is mounted to the plate body, the movable board may integrally vibrate up and down. When the second surface of the movable board is mounted to the plate body, the protruding portion may be pressed against the plate body to cause the two ends of the movable board to swing up and down relative to the plate body.
