Summary:Disclosed in the present invention are a variable operating condition stator permanent magnetic field enhanced hybrid excitation motor and a driving control method therefor. The variable operating condition stator permanent magnetic field enhanced hybrid excitation motor comprises a stator (1), an excitation winding (2), a permanent magnet a (3), a permanent magnet b (4), a permanent magnet c (5), a permanent magnet d (6), a rotor (7), an armature winding a (8), an armature winding b (9), and an air gap (10). The stator (1) is of a stator module structure in the shape of Chinese character 艹, and a motor power converter is formed by four H bridges, wherein the inlet and outlet ends of the excitation winding (2) are respectively connected to center points of bridge arms of an H bridge, and the inlet and outlet ends of a three-phase winding are respectively connected to center points of bridge arms of an H bridge to form an open winding structure. The H bridge of the excitation winding (2) is connected in series to an open winding structure bus of the three-phase winding, every three bridge arms of the open winding structure form a group, and a switch transistor TTS is provided between two group. The present invention can realize multiplication adjustment of the air gap magnetic field, and improves the power density of the motor.
