Summary:A wheeled carrier 1 for supporting clinical equipment during patient transportation comprising a bed attachment with a connector 3 which is translatable in two orthogonal directions and rotatable about two orthogonal axes such that the relative movement between the carrier and a bed is possible. Translation may be in horizontal or vertical directions and may comprise first and second guides and two connectors. A two axis gimbal may be used and the device may provide free translational movement. The device is designed to make it easier to use a transfer stack with a variety of different bed designs.
