An entertainment system 200a for implementation into a motor vehicle with an interactive transparent display 202 operated to give an outside view of the vehicle by at least one image capture device according to a motion / touch signal identified by a microcontroller which executes a command to take a picture, the interactive transparent display receiving the motion / touch signal to take the picture. The motion / touch signal may crop a subject of interest 204 within the view outside the motor vehicle. The interactive transparent display may display a resultant picture 206 after it has been taken. The motion / touch signal may magnify or minimize the subject of interest displayed or change its orientation including alignment by a roll, pan or tilt. The displayed image may be a digital mirror of the captured image and may be a still picture or a motion picture. The interactive transparent display may be a motor vehicle window, a portion of a motor vehicle rooftop or a windshield or any combination of these. The image sensing device may also be positioned at these locations or at a motor vehicle side view mirror or be a side view mirror.
