Summary:The invention relates to a method for producing an electrochemical cell, in particular a fuel cell, comprising at least one porous substrate (14) and at least one ceramic functional layer (16), wherein, in at least one printing process (20), the ceramic functional layer (16) is applied to the porous substrate (14) in a visco-elastic state. According to the invention, in particular still during the printing process (20), directly following an application step (18), a flow parameter of the visco-elastic state is modified depending on a mechanical printing parameter.
