The base (10) comprises a main body part (11), a power system (12) and an elastic vibration damping device (16), wherein the main body part (11) comprises a housing (11a); the power system (12) comprises a connecting body (1212); the elastic vibration damping device (16) comprises an elastic member (162), an annular connecting member (166) and an annular fixing piece (163) connected to the connecting member (166); the power system (12) is borne on the connecting member (166) via the connecting body (1212); and the elastic member (162) elastically abuts between the fixing piece (163) and the connecting member (166). During operation, the vibration of the power system (12) acts on the connecting member (166) via the connecting body (1212), and the vibration of the connecting member (166) is converted to elastic deformation of the elastic member (162), such that the vibration, particularly vibration in the vertical direction, is buffered, thereby enabling reduction of vibration noise created during operation, improving the user experience.
