Summary:Disclosed is a method for preparing a foot-and-mouth disease vaccine, comprising the steps of: (i) obtaining a culture solution of foot-and-mouth disease virus cells; (ii) separating and purifying the culture solution of the foot-and-mouth disease virus cells through a double-membrane combined integrated filtration system; and (iii) collecting a concentrated solution containing the foot-and-mouth disease viruses obtained in step (ii). Also disclosed are a foot-and-mouth disease vaccine prepared by the method and the use thereof in the preparation of a drug for preventing animal foot-and-mouth diseases. Also disclosed is an apparatus for preparing the foot-and-mouth disease vaccine, which comprises the double-membrane combined integrated filtration system.
