Summary:An arrangement suitable for holding a wristband device 30 attached to a handlebar 38, such as a bicycle handlebar, comprises a holder 20 and a strap 35 of a stretchable material forming an elastic strap loop. The holder 20 comprises a plate-like middle portion 31 having a flat surface on the top side to support the housing of said electronic device, and a first recess (23 figure 2) on the opposite bottom side for interfacing with a handlebar 38. It also comprises first and second bent outer portions 32 attached to opposite ends of said middle portion 31 adapted to support at least part of said wristband 36 of said electronic device 30, and a pair of second recesses 24a, 34b formed on the top side of said middle portion 31 at its opposite ends between the middle portion 31 and said outer portions 32, respectively. The holder 20 is attached to the handlebar 38 with the first recess 23 mating with the handlebar 38 and the elastic strap loop 35 wrapped around the handlebar 38 with a first end fitted in a first recess 34a of said pair of second recesses and the other end of said strap fitted in the second recess 34b of said pair of second recesses. Friction pads may be provided on the flat face and/or in the first recess.
