Summary:A garbage collection system comprising: a housing 102 positioned under a belt of a point of sale register counter; first 112 and second 113 bins, for garbage and hangers respectively, positioned in the housing; at least one slide rail 104 extending from the housing and coupled to the bins to allow protrusion or retraction of the bins from the housing. Preferably, housing comprises side 122,123 and back 124 walls and comprises fixtures to attach to counter, or under register counter and suspended above the ground. Preferably, door 103 extends with bins or is hinged to housing. Housing 115 or frame contains bin and is coupled to slide rails.
