This interactive health management device is characterized in that: a biological value category, and the priority rankings for the degree of improvement of a service, a period, and a cost, are received; candidate medications are obtained on the basis of actual examples of prescriptions; service candidates are obtained on the basis of the received biological value category and the priority rankings; the obtained candidate medications and the obtained service candidates are displayed together with their respective costs; a predicted value for the biological value in the received biological value category is calculated, on the basis of the degree of improvement of the service candidates and past values for biological information; the calculated predicted value is displayed as a time-series graphic; and the selection of a candidate from the displayed service candidates by a patient is received.
