Summary:The present disclosure relates to a method of determining whether a frame of a work machine is approaching a tip over point. First and second loads upon respective first and second support arrangements of the frame are detected using respective first and second sensing means. Signals are generated indicative of the first and second loads and communicated to a controller. The controller is configured to generate an alert based upon the first and second loads when the first and/or second load signals indicate that the orientation of the work machine is approaching a tip over point.
