Summary:The glove 1 has a thumb portion 2 and finger portions 3, 4, 5, 6, and comprises a liner (7, figure 2) and an injection moulded body 8 bonded to the liner. The moulded body 8 extends along the finger portions and is provided with grip formations on the palm side of the glove which comprise first 13 and second (23, figure 2) sequences of channels. These channels extend transverse to the finger portions with the ends of the first sequence 13 contiguous with ends of the second series to form a zone 14 of contiguous channel ends. The zone 14 extends longitudinally on each finger portion. Distal ends of all finger and thumb sections have moulded curved formations 15 forming a spiral of integral grooves. The dorsal part of each finger portion has a longitudinally extending open passage (21, figure 4) which allows free flexing of the glove.
