Summary: | An aqueous amino resin dispersion excelling in storage stability and mechanical stability which is formed by dispersing hydrophobic amino resin in aqueous medium, using a polyester resin having specific hydroxyl value, acid value and number-average molecular weight as a dispersion stabilizer, said polyester resin being prepared by reacting polyhydric alcohol, polycarboxylic acid and/or polycarboxylic anhydride and monoepoxide compound having a long chain hydrocarbon group; thermosetting, water-based paint compositions comprising the aqueous amino resin dispersion; and multi-layered coating film-forming methods using the water-based paint compositions are provided. |
