Paper-felt.-Fabrics or material for boot or sboe socks, belts for personal wear, carpet linings, bedding, clothing, furniture, and other purposes are formed from paper pulp or felt which is mixed with bruised ginger, ground pepper, borax, boracic acid, creosote, cresol, and carbolic acid, &c., then rolled into sheets with or without a deodorizing agent, and with or without a woven fabric. The ingredients, combined with a starcty or gelatinous compound, may be spread on or used to saturate a fabric.
