The quantity of potassium silicate employed may be sufficient to secure the granulation, or may be greater so as to produce a manure containing a desired content of potash. A complete fertilizer may be produced by adding phosphatic material such as bone ash or phosphatic slag, but not superphosphate. 135,847. Saves, P. M. T. Nov. 26, 1918, [Convention date].
