Summary:A device for damping torsional oscillations has a support rotatable around an axis, a plurality of pendulum assemblies, a plurality of rolling members with each rolling member interacting with a first and second raceways, and a plurality of interposition members. The support comprises a plurality of windows which two rolling members are received, one of those rolling members interacting with a second raceway integral with one of the pendulum assemblies, and the other of those rolling members interacting with a second raceway integral with another of those pendulum assemblies. Each interposition member is arranged in a window of the support, and each interposition member being movable with respect to each of the two pendulum assemblies. Each interposition member capable of coming into contact with the periphery of the window in which it is received, with one of the two pendulum assemblies, and with the other of the two pendulum assemblies.
