Summary:The invention relates to a basic enclosure element (10) for forming an enclosure of a switchgear (1) for interrupting or isolating a high-voltage circuit. The basic enclosure element (10) comprises a body (110) defining a chamber for containing a mobile conductor (20a, 20b, 20c). The body (110) comprises at least one first face (120) comprising a first connection means, and at least one second, open face (130). Said second face (130) comprises a second connection means complementary to the first connection means in such a way as to allow the connection of the basic enclosure element (10) to a second enclosure element (10c) in a fluidically communicating manner. The invention also relates to a switchgear enclosure and to a method for mounting such an enclosure.
