Summary:The invention relates to a device (1) for the identification of an object (B), said device comprising an RFID module (10) operating at a predetermined operating frequency (F), means (11) for fixing said RFID module to said object, and a substantially rectilinear radiating element resonating at the operating frequency and forming an electrical antenna (14), which electrical antenna is intended to be coupled with said RFID module. According to the invention, the radiating element (14) is placed on or in the means for fixing the RFID module to said object and the fixing means (11) are configured so as to distance at least one end of said radiating element (14) with respect to a peripheral surface of said object.
