The method comprises: retrieving hot air to a level of temperature, transferring heat to hot air of a coolant so as to condense moisture and/or volatile components; separating and collecting condensate and particles from the condensate; discharging the dried air, discharged particles and condensable volatile components to the atmosphere and heating the cold air for drying grains (3) using calories transferred to the coolant. Independent claims are included for: (1) an installation for treating warm humid air discharged from a grain dryer; and (2) a grain dryer. Procédé de traitement de l'air chaud humide refoulé par un séchoir à grains à l'issue du séchage desdits grains par chauffage d'air froid provenant de l'extérieur, ledit air chaud humide présentant différents niveaux de température et étant chargé en particules et composants volatiles condensables, le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : - récupérer l'air chaud à au moins un niveau de température, - transférer les calories dudit air chaud à un liquide caloporteur, de manière à condenser l'humidité et/ou les composants volatiles, - séparer puis récolter les condensats et particules, - rejeter l'air séché et déchargé des particules et composants volatiles condensables à l'atmosphère, - chauffer l'air froid destiné au séchage des grains au moyen des calories transférées au liquide caloporteur.
