The device has a primary element (100) provided with an outer wall (102) with respect to a reference axis, where gas flowing from upstream to downstream at speed (V1) during operation of the device along the outer wall of the primary element. The outer wall of the primary element comprises two openings (110, 120) that are located downstream from one another and gas passes through the openings at another speed (V2) in a stream gas along the outer wall, where the latter speed is less than the former speed.
