Summary:The method involves realizing a rinsing process, in which rinsing bath water is filled in a washing tank (2). A circulation pump used for circulation of the rinsing bath water from a bowl (6) to a spraying unit (10a) without watering a crockery placed in the washing tank is operated during rinsing process so as to clean the bowl of the washing tank and a part of a hydraulic circuit (13) of a dishwashing machine (1), where the hydraulic circuit is arranged below the spraying unit. An independent claim is also included for a dishwashing machine.
