La présente invention concerne un implant fémoral de reprise, du type comprenant une tige (1) liée par un col (2) à une tête (3), ladite tige comportant, à partir du col, une partie métaphysaire (4), prolongée par une queue (6) et la tige possédant un axe principal faisant un angle avec un axe secondaire du col, ledit implant étant caractérisé en ce que la queue (6) présente deux faces planes (17a, 17b) parallèles entre elles et à un plan sagittal de l'implant et reliés l'une à l'autre par deux faces non planes munies d'éléments longitudinaux anti-rotation (18). L'invention concerne également un ancillaire d'implantation de l'implant fémoral de l'invention, comportant une potence qui comporte à une extrémité un organe de fixation par encastrement dans la surface supérieure plane de la partie métaphysaire (4) de l'implant.
