Summary: | The device (10) has a nozzle (24) arranged immediate proximity to a part (P) to be machined and comprising a body (26) provided with an opening (28). An ultrasound transducer (22) is placed in the body for transmitting ultrasound beam, so that the beam passes across the opening. The nozzle delivers coupling fluid i.e. cutting fluid, so as to assure coupling between the transducer and the part. The nozzle includes a containment skirt integral with the body of the nozzle. The skirt is peripheral to the transducer and coaxial to the opening, where the skirt is made of elastomer. An independent claim is also included for a system for measuring thickness of a part.
L'objet de l'invention est un dispositif de mesure d'épaisseur de pièces P sur une machine-outil (18) à commande numérique munie d'au moins une broche d'usinage, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une buse (24), prévue pour être disposée à proximité immédiate de ladite pièce P, ladite buse comprenant un corps (26) muni d'une ouverture (28), un transducteur (22) à ultrasons disposé dans ce corps (26) prévu pour émettre un faisceau d'ultrasons, de façon que ledit faisceau puisse passer à travers ladite ouverture, du fluide de couplage étant délivré par ladite buse de façon à assurer un couplage entre le transducteur et ladite pièce P. L'invention couvre aussi le système de mesure correspondant. |
