Summary: | The method involves adjusting an integration duration (IT) of image sensors between a minimum integration duration (ITmin) and a frame duration of an image. A frame signal is amplified by applying an amplification gain (G) adjusted between values distinct from a minimum gain (Gmin) and a maximum gain (Gmax). The integration duration is maintained at the maximum integration duration. The amplification gain between maximum and fixed gain values is adjusted according to average value of the frame signal if new integration duration is greater than the maximum integration. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a video processor for a video-endoscopic probe, comprising image sensors (2) a video-endoscopic probe comprising a video processor. |
