The water-heater (1) has a tank (2) provided with a heat pump (6), where the pump comprises a condenser (10). The condenser comprising an envelope (12) is crossed by a circuit (14) comprising an inlet (15) and an outlet (16), where the circuit is traversed by a refrigerant. The envelope of the condenser comprises two plates superimposed and fixed with respect to each other. A space is formed between the plates forming the circuit. The envelope of the condenser is made of aluminum or aluminum alloy. La présente invention se rapporte à un chauffe-eau comportant une cuve (2), muni d'une pompe (6) à chaleur, ladite pompe à chaleur comportant notamment un condenseur (10, 110), le condenseur comportant une enveloppe (12, 112) traversée par un circuit (14, 114) comportant une entrée (15, 115) et une sortie (16, 116), ledit circuit étant parcouru par un fluide frigorigène, ledit chauffe-eau étant caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe du condenseur comporte deux plaques (18, 19) superposées et fixées l'une à l'autre, un espace compris entre lesdites deux plaques formant le circuit.
