Système d'analyse multifonctions, compact, facilement transportable , apte aux mesures des liquides en particulier le mout de raisin et le vin , constitué d'une pluralité de photoémetteurs (10), d'une pluralité de photodétecteurs (9), (11 ) , de sondes externes telles que electrodes de pH de conductivité , apte à mesurer la couleur en une seule opération à l'aide de 3 longueurs d'ondes, apte aux analyses basées sur les réactions enzymatiques contenant de la NAD.
