Summary:The tie plate (4) has a strip (41) made of viscoelastic material i.e. polyurethane, and an anti-crushing layer located on a lower face (41b) of the strip and contacting with a ballast (5), where the anti-crushing layer includes a fabric mesh. Cords (43) extend from the strip and are drowned inside a concrete block (1). The lower face of the strip is placed against the cords and includes a hardness comprised between 65 to 95 Shores A. The anti-crushing layer includes a thickness comprised between 1 to 2 mm.
