Summary:The peeler has a flexible blade (3a) and another flexible blade that are placed at the interior of cavities of internal semi-spheres (2a, 2b), respectively, where the blades are adapted to the geometry of a fruit i.e. apple, or vegetable to be peeled. The blades are extended in a curved manner, and approximately measure a quarter of circumference of the fruit or vegetable to be peeled. A hinge (5) permits the opening or the closing of the peeler.
