Summary:Composition for the implementation of a therapeutic method for the human or animal body, comprising a fatty phase (O) and an aqueous phase (W), in the form of an 5 emulsion of the water-in-oil (W/O) type, in which said aqueous phase (W) comprises at least one hydrosoluble active ingredient, characterized in that said composition has a viscosity, measured at 25° C. in a 250-cm3 beaker having a diameter of about 7 cm, using a Brookfield LVT viscosimeter equipped with a No. 2 spindle turning at a speed of 30 or 60 revolutions pre minute, of less than or equal to 10 [sic] 2000 mPas, and preferably less than 200 mPas.
