Summary:The device has electrodes arranged on a surface of a transparent substrate. One of the electrodes is transparent and has a diffusing electro-conductive layer deposited on a tin and oxygen based layer. The electro-conductive layer has a blur comprised between 5-20 percentages. An electroluminescent layer is intercalated between the electrodes. A barrier layer is intercalated between the substrate and the electrode close to the substrate, and is with the base of a dielectric material chosen among silicon oxynitride/nitride, aluminum oxynitride/nitride and silicon oxicarbide/dioxide.
