Summary:Determination of patient's oxidative stress score, in a 0-10 scale, comprises initial calibration comprising selection of a series of stress related biological markers from blood of a panel of people being healthy or presenting pathologies and known disorders and evaluating the markers by proportioning, to obtain a data base, statistical analysis of the database, evaluation of the markers of the patient belonging to several marker groups, assigning a weight on the gravity scale for each value and calculating a patient's oxidative stress score using a formula given in the specification. Determination of patient's oxidative stress score, in a 0-10 scale, comprises initial calibration comprising selecting a series of biological markers related to the oxidative stress from blood of a panel of people being healthy or presenting pathologies and known clinical disorders and evaluating the markers by proportioning, to obtain a data base, carrying out a statistical analysis of the database, evaluating biological markers of the patient belonging to several biological marker groups, assigning a weight on the gravity scale to each of the obtained values and calculating a patient's oxidative stress score i.e. specific to the patient using a formula given in the specification. The statistical analysis of the database comprises establishing a gravity scale, associated with the variations from reference values, for each marker, assembling the markers in at least three groups expressing different information associated to different stages of oxidative stress development and corresponding respectively to exogenous/endogenous antioxidants and with oxidative damage markers and assigning a weight to each group of markers and assigning a weight to each marker within each group.
