Summary:The femoral part has a prosthesis rod (1) comprising a metaphyseal part (1a) provided with a cavity (2) for receiving a massive (3) of a modular cervix (4) by press-fitting. The cavity and the massive are limited by four segments for defining an oblong section perpendicular to a press-fitting direction. Two segments present radius which is approximately six to seven times smaller than radius of the other two segments. The section reduces in the direction such that a lateral wall of the massive or cavity converges towards the direction with angle equal to 2[deg] and 50 prime.
