The device has a gate (5) placed against a rear door and having door panels opened from interior of a vehicle by a thrust exerted by a user on zones forming actuators (10). Pneumatic cylinders (14) have rods (16) whose output and input positions correspond to closing and opening positions of the gate. A check valve is operated by rear door opening control units so that the valve is inhibited by actuators in the door`s closing position. L'invention a pour objet un dispositif pour contraindre les usagers d'un véhicule (1) de transport en commun à emprunter une porte d'accès avant (2), en interdisant l'accès à ce véhicule (1) par une porte arrière (4) réservée à la descente des usagers hors du véhicule. Ce dispositif comprend un portillon (5) placé en regard sur la porte arrière (4), ce portillon étant équipé de moyens de butée (14,16) à l'encontre de sa manoeuvre vers l'intérieur du véhicule (1), de moyens de rappel (14) pour sa manoeuvre en position de fermeture, de moyens de blocage (20,29) à l'ouverture du portillon (5) pour l'immobiliser et provoquer sa manoeuvre de rappel en position de fermeture, dont la mise en oeuvre est placée sous la dépendance d'un actionneur (10) situé sur la face intérieure du portillon (5) pour leur inhibition, et sous la dépendance de moyens de commande (24) à L'ouverture de la porte arrière (4) pour leur activation.
